Qualifications Needed
Option A — Standard Route
a) Age not less than 28 years
b) Post Graduate in Valuation or Graduate Engineer or CA, CS, CMA, MBA in Finance.
c) Registered Valuer under the IBBI or Registered Valuer u/s 34AB of Wealth Tax Act, 1957 or High Court empaneled valuer.
OR
Option B — Equivalent Route
Equivalent qualification/Registration, as may be considered appropriate/proper by the Governing Body of the I.Esma.
Experience Requirement
Not less than five years for Graduates
Not less than three years for Post Graduate
