Payments & Refunds

1. Fee Structure

All academic and membership fees stated on this platform are listed in Indian National Rupees (INR). By submitting an application to our Academic Registry or Membership committee, the applicant agrees to pay the respective fee in full, either sequentially via our defined Certificate modules or outright, prior to receiving materials or credentials.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the immediate distribution of intellectual property (Study Materials, Recorded Lectures) and the administrative overhead required to process government-recognized certifications, all course enrollment and membership fees are strictly non-refundable once paid and confirmed.

3. Application Rejection

If an applicant submits payment but is subsequently rejected by the I.Esma academic board during the background screening phase (due to unfulfilled eligibility matrices), the processed fee will be refunded back to the original method of transaction within 10 to 14 business working days. Administrative processing costs may be deducted.

4. Payment Failures & Chargebacks

In the event of a transaction failure, the applicant is directed to resolve the issue directly with their issuing bank. I.Esma is not liable for network drops during checkout stages. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks for completed services will result in immediate disqualification from the Institution and blacklisting from allied recognition boards.
