Professional Requirements
Qualifications Needed
Option A — Standard Route
a) Graduate Engineer or Post Graduate in Valuation or CA, CS, CMA, MBA in Finance or Primary Member of any RVO, as may be considered appropriate/proper by the Governing Body of the I.Esma.
b) Attended 50 Hrs. Class from any RVO or 6 months course in valuation from I.Esma or equivalent, as may be considered appropriate/proper by the Governing Body of the I.Esma.
OR
Option B — Equivalent Route
Equivalent qualification/Registration, as may be considered appropriate/proper by the Governing Body of the I.Esma.
Experience Requirement
Not less than five years for Graduates
Not less than three years for Post Graduate
Upgrade Pathway
To attain the next tier (Approved Valuer Member), you need to be registered with IBBI or High Court as a valuer with significant professional experience.
