Option A — Standard Route
a) Diploma Engineers or Graduate in any stream, subject to the decision by the Governing Body of the I.Esma.
OR
Option B — Equivalent Route
Equivalent, as may be considered appropriate/proper by the Governing Body of the I.Esma.
b) Attended 6 months course in valuation from I.Esma or equivalent, as may be considered appropriate/proper by the Governing Body of the I.Esma.
