Qualifications Needed
Option A — Standard Route
Diploma Engineers or Graduate in any stream, subject to the decision by the Governing Body of the I.Esma.
OR
Option B — Equivalent Route
Equivalent, as may be considered appropriate/proper by the Governing Body of the I.Esma.
Upgrade Pathway
To attain the next tier (Licentiate Valuer Member), you can fulfill the academic requirements by enrolling in and completing one of our intensive 6-Month courses.
